Killer Oriental Chicken Wings

Killer Oriental Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 to 2 lbs. chicken wings, thighs, breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp orange peel (dried)
  • 1 tsp chili paste

Directions:

  1. Remove skin from thighs or cut breast into large strips. Wash chicken thoroughly in warm water and dry.
  2. Marinate for 1 - 2 hrs in refrigerator in a plastic food bag.
  3. Grill slowly over barbecue or grill or bake for 12 minutes and broil for 3-4 minutes. Brush on extra sauce in the last 3 minutes of cooking.
