Killer Oriental Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 to 2 lbs. chicken wings, thighs, breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange peel (dried)
- 1 tsp chili paste
Directions:

Remove skin from thighs or cut breast into large strips. Wash
chicken thoroughly in warm water and dry.

Marinate for 1 - 2 hrs in refrigerator in a plastic food bag.

Grill slowly over barbecue or grill or bake for 12 minutes and
broil for 3-4 minutes. Brush on extra sauce in the last 3 minutes
of cooking.
