Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken Wrap

Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Jamaican-style jerk sauce (World Harbors Blue Mtn.)
  • 1 tsp orange powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon powder
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 oz. whiskey or rum
  • 1.5 lb. chicken breasts
  • 2 large red peppers
  • 1 bunch green scallions
  • 1-2 carrots

Directions:

  1. Marinade chicken and vegetables in Jamacian Jerk sauce for one to three hours in a plastic bag.
  2. Cut vegetables in to large thick strips. Cut chicken meat into strips. Grill meat and vegetables or broil or even pan cook.
  3. Assemble meat and vegetable into a tortilla wrap. Garnish with parsley and cilantro. You can add salsa as an extra garnishment or extra Jamacian jerk sauce.
