Fresh Salsa
Ingredients:
- 5 med. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic. pressed
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, fresh, snipped
- 4 sm. green chiles, chopped fine with stems and seeds removed
Directions:

Mix well and refrigerate at least 24 hours. If fresh oregano is
not available, good quality dried oregano may be substituted,
increasing the amount used to 1 teaspoon.
Makes 2 cups.
