Our 75th St Medical and 126th St Medical offices are located in the resort community of Ocean City, Maryland.

During the peak summer months, we see upwards of over 200 patients per day. The challenge of this is that we never know what illness or injury will walk in the door at any given time. We never know where our patients are coming from, either... New York, Hawaii, Indiana, California, or maybe even Israel or Ireland. Your challenge is to make that patient feel they are right at home.

With over 10,000 year-round residents, and numbers close to 20,000 in the summer months, our office is in the unique position of treating every member of each family, from 1 to 100 years of age. Whether it is a fracture or a sore throat we are the "go to" source for medical care.

All of our facilities have the capability to do many procedures normally only done in the hospital emergency room. From x-rays, to laceration repairs, EKGs, and splinting... we do it all. And so can you!

Our front office staff members first learn the art of great customer service! From registering our patients, to insurance benefits and the discharge instructions, it is the front office that makes the first impression and the ever-important last impression. Talk about being on the front lines! You will have the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and help them obtain medical care in quick and caring manner.

Customer Service:

Every patient that seeks medical care must be made to feel comfortable and confident in choosing our medical facilities as their place of service. We want every patient to walk away knowing they received the very best care by the very best health care professionals.

Team Work:

We all work together to achieve our goals. All staff members are cross-trained in order to help each other out. You will learn not only the front desk, but also how to triage and some clinical procedures.

Staffing:

Each facility has a physician for each shift. In addition, we are staffed with LPNs, medical assistants, radiology technicians, insurance billers, accounting staff, computer technicians, and front office staff.

Scheduling:

We are flexible! During the summer season, from theend of May to mid-September, our 75th St. office is open 20 hours a day, 7 days a week and 126th St. is open daily from 9am-7pm. In the off season, 75th is Mon-Sat 9am-7pm and Sunday 9am-6pm. 126th is open Mon-Thurs, noon to 6pm. With this kind of schedule, it is easy to fit everyone's life-style.
